Canadian screen actress best famous for her part in Lost Girl as Bo Dennis. CBSs Blood & Treasure has been her home since 2019. Other credits include 2006's Earthstorm as well as 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk a professor and Ilkay, an actor director producer playwright teacher and Director of Drama St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas initial memories of her childhood were attending performances of her plays, and watching her mother at work. Silk was a child star in a variety of commercials. She received a Bachelor's of Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. When she first began her career in theater she participated in at least two Theatre St. Thomas productions: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Samuel Levi and Levi are their sons. in 2009 Bo Dennis played the primary role of a succubus for the Canadian television show Lost Girl. CNN recognized her performance as Bo and Lauren in their relationship as lovers of the same sexe in Lost Girl one of their top TV couples of all time.
